Thanks mate. I'm not cutting anything out cos I know from my vast past experience of many diets that that just doesn't work for me. I hardly ever eat cakes or pastry or chocolate or fried foods anyway. So this time I am just cutting back on my portion sizes and eating sensible foods and trying to increase my exercise! Also I am cooking most of my food in my lovely new halo actuary which only needs a top of oil.

And as the weight drops off you'll be able to walk more, and the more you can walk the less pain you'll experience and the fitter you'll become! :)
