I gained weight. I had too many sweets and too many calories at dinner. I had chocolate popcorn (and cheddar popcorn too) and then frozen yogurt and half of a marshmallow dream bar. I probably could have 2 of the 3 on my diet.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
