I had fish for lunch yesterday and fortunately I checked the calories for dinner and I ate cowboy casserole instead of sweet potato fries and a burger. I actually lost weight cutting calories at dinner.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1514 kcal Fat: 40.56g | Prot: 54.87g | Carb: 234.99g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Starbucks Iced Caffe Americano (Tall), Dove Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises, Salmon, White Rice, Birds Eye Pepper Strips. Dinner: 3 Musketeers 3 Musketeers Bar, Pamela's Figgies and Jammies, Grape Juice, Cheddar's Broccoli Cheese Casserole. Snacks/Other: Bon Appetit Cheese Croissant, Cheetos Simply Cheetos Puffs, Coffee with Sugar. more...
