I tried eating out yesterday and I gained a pound. It sucks. The coconut cream latte tasted great, but it probably had a lot of calories and so did my blueberry waffle.
110.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
