Super short weigh-in and journal today. I am now at 84.6 kgs - I lost 500 grams since yesterday. If this is all the impact that thanksgiving did, then I'm a happy bunny! Today, I've been out shopping for a little winter clothes, and came by cinnamon toffee flavored coffee and "julegløgg" (A nordic traditional xmas drink with red wine, cognac, spices, raisins and almonds.
Today I am thankful that I amongst the 200-300 dollar coats found a perfectly find one that was only 30 dollars.
7.6 kgs to go! Life is good!

30 dollar coat? Way nice. The julegløgg sounds yummy and warm. And you so deserve your happy bunny status. This is really working for you, Keld.

Have you been able to find gløgg with nutrition information listed? I have not been getting it because I cant find one with calories listed (I prefer the non alcoholic one, just mixed with water, Im strange that way. )

I like the happy bunny status too. I have a house rabbit and know full well why happy bunny is an expression. When he is happy, my bunny jumps for joy, with no care or knowing where he will land... when he's not happy he may 'spray' on something owned by the person he is not happy with, just to get your attention.....stay a happy bunny Keld...lol XX
