Okay, so I lost a little weight.
110.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1333 kcal Fat: 38.60g | Prot: 58.71g | Carb: 190.55g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Toasted Cinnamon Bread, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Coffee with Sugar, Salmon, White Rice, Birds Eye Pepper Strips. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Potato French Fries, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other: Popcornopolis Zebra Chocolate Popcorn, Coffee with Sugar, Bananas. more...
