I feel better. Less weight is nice.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1700 kcal Fat: 52.77g | Prot: 55.00g | Carb: 254.86g.   Breakfast: Lieber's Hot Cereal, Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Tea (Brewed), Toasted Cinnamon Bread. Lunch: Tuna in Water (Canned), Frito-Lay Classic Potato Chips, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Green Peas (Frozen), Cranberry Juice, Udi's Gluten Free Plain Bagel, Village Inn 2 Egg Cheese Omelette. Snacks/Other: Iced Coffee, Graham Crackers, Kopali Organics Dark Chocolate Covered Banana, Hummus, Bananas, Coffee with Sugar. more...
