Woohoo! I lost a little weight.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1588 kcal Fat: 60.25g | Prot: 57.23g | Carb: 209.25g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Hummus, Apples, Irene's Apricot Hamentashen. Lunch: Grape Juice, Meat Loaf, Green String Beans, Frito-Lay Classic Potato Chips. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries, Turkey Burger. Snacks/Other: Matt's Cookies Fig Bars, Dove Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Coffee with Sugar. more...
