Surprise. I lost weight due to excercise.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1597 kcal Fat: 50.86g | Prot: 45.51g | Carb: 242.24g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Applesauce Unsweetened, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water, Thousand Island Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Frito-Lay Classic Potato Chips, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Green String Beans, Meat Loaf, Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes, Grape Juice, Irene's Apricot Hamentashen. Snacks/Other: French Meadow Bakery Gluten-Free Fudge Brownie Bites, Coffee, Athenos Roasted Garlic Hummus, Coffee with Sugar, Matt's Cookies Fig Bars. more...
