2030 kcal Fat: 70.11g | Prot: 67.45g | Carb: 189.27g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Peanut Butter, Kingsmill Crumpet, Red Table Wine, Cashew Nuts. Dinner: Marks & Spencer Chicken Noodle Soup, Tesco Cheddar Medium, Heineken Beer, Brown Rice, Marks & Spencer Hot Lamb Curry. Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter, Oatcakes. more...
losing 4.6 lb a week

And that was even with some wine, but keeping total calories below the limit!

Some foodstuffs are better for you than others, but if you keep below your RDI you do lose weight.

Yes that's so true, but if i simply just remove the wine calories I'd always be below my limit!
