I'm happy that I lost weight.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1409 kcal Fat: 51.17g | Prot: 58.69g | Carb: 180.37g.   Breakfast: Bigelow Tea Mint Medley Herb Tea, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Potato French Fries, Turkey Burger. Dinner: French Meadow Bakery Gluten-Free Fudge Brownie Bites, Starbucks Iced Green Tea (Venti), Carrabba's Italian Grill House Salad with Light Balsamic Vinaigrette (Side), Stouffer's Rigatoni with Chicken & Pesto. Snacks/Other: Great Value California Sun-Dried Raisins, Divinity Fudge, Coffee with Sugar. more...
