Okay, at least I lost some weight.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1153 kcal Fat: 46.84g | Prot: 56.02g | Carb: 128.23g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice, Bigelow Tea Mint Medley Herb Tea, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Potato French Fries, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Hashed Brown Potatoes, Turkey Burger. Snacks/Other: Schar Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies, Coffee, Coffee with Sugar. more...
