I actually had a raspberry cheese Danish yesterday. It tasted good, but I feel like a fat slob. It had too many calories and I got some on my zippered pullover. Now I'm up half-a-pound.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
