Hmmmm... this Monday morning is a discouraging one. I've been sick for some days, and going back to work today. I weigh 94.5 kgs, another kg gain since yesterday - most likely still affected by Saturday's Spike Day, but also from not really moving for almost a week. Today, I hope to get back on track. Back on better foods. Back to work. Back to normal schedules. Hopefully - if my leg agrees with me this afternoon - back to the gym. It's time to bring the weight down again. Life is good!
