Finally moved the needle on the scales. Lots of work yesterday cleaning the pole barn. Had salad, kiwi and a bowl of berries for dinner. Also kept my blood sugar under 130. Woohoo
296.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
