Kept my calories and fat down today. Did not have any snacks last night. My blood sugar was down to 119 during the day and 170 at bed. No beers yesterday and this helped keep my carbs and calories down.
297.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
