I had 2430 calories and 164g of carbs. Lost 1 pound. Also had 12 grams of fiber. Going to concentrate on more Veggies today.

Good plan! Sometimes it is hard to get in the veggies. I made vegetable juice yesterday. It was drinkable, but I think I will just chew my food going forward. All the best on your journey.

I try to eat one large salad a day. I just started recording my weight and diet.
