16.3kg to go. I can do this. Trying the no sugar no carb thing. Have cut out sweets and cookies thus far.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
