Getting close to the 120's! 🥳
A year ago today I was in the 160's, miserable and pregnant 😂
132.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1390 kcal Fat: 50.45g | Prot: 70.72g | Carb: 163.18g.   Breakfast: Simply Nature Simply Nature Cauliflower Crackers Sea Salt, Emporium Selection Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese, Peaches , Lunch Mate Premium Black Forest Ham. Lunch: Market Pantry Swiss Deli-Style Cheese Slices, Archer Farms Fuji Apples, Friendly Farms Blended Greek Nonfat Protein Yogurt (Mixed Berry). Dinner: Mature Onions, Kroger Cut Yams, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Beef Stew Meat, Priano Roasted Garlic Risotto. Snacks/Other: Benton's Cookie Thins Toasted Coconut. more...
