finally some progress
256.8 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1436 kcal Fat: 45.05g | Prot: 60.92g | Carb: 204.21g.   Breakfast: Freshmark Bananas, Low Fat Milk, Kellogg's All Bran Flakes. Lunch: Oil Popped White Popcorn , Apples , Pears , Butternut Winter Squash (with Salt, Cooked, Baked), Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin (Stewed, Cooked) . Dinner: Cooked Dry Red Kidney Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Bread, Pick n Pay Farmstyle Boerewors. Snacks/Other: Otees Strawberry, Droewors, Bakers Mini Cheddars Fruit Chutney. more...
