On my back in the right direction. Also I have been doing weight lifting the last 5 weeks. I hope my arms will start looking toned. 💪🙃 Happy Friday 😊 🎶
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
