Oh noooo, the scale is creeping up again! I really have to try to be good this week, because I certainly won't be good over Christmas! 😄

255.3 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb. Still to go: 120.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.8 lb a week
