I'm a bit discouraged. I know it's water retention, since I measure my body composition every day along with my weight. I just didn't think I was going to be stuck this quickly.
I'm still sick so I hope that's why but it really sucks. I haven't overeaten or anything at all and I burn plenty of calories every day as well. Which I know is stupid to say, considering it's water.

I've also had the issue of my muscles being weirdly twichty after even half a workout and after researching it, it seems I've been overdoing it. I've taken a rest day yesterday and maybe I will today as well but I don't want to lose my motivation by stopping for a bit.

I think you need to look at the long term, instead of looking at each day. Because you weigh 2.8 kilos less then 10 days ago. That’s huge. 🤗

For comparison, your body can keep up with 0.5 kilos in 7 days in a healthy way. Everything (far) above will be hard for your body to manage.

I appreciate it, thank you Dodo. It's a little hard to keep all of those things in mind sometimes. Most of the weight I lost so far has been water, to be fair. :) I think I'm just feeling frustrated because I'm sick and I'm being too hard on myself ^^

Hey, there can be a lot of explanations. If you are female, you could be in the first week before your period. Some even have issues 10 days before it starts. You mentioned some thing about sport. Is this a new thing in your routine? The lactic acid that is released from your muscles attracts moisture. It can take up to 4 á 5 weeks before this process is less noticeable. Are you under a lot of stress? Do you sleep Oke? The thing about you muscles twitching. Are you doing keto? If so make sure your electrolytes intake is stable. Vitamine B12 and magnesium will help with this aswell. Regardless if your eating keto or not. Make sure you use a good brand. There are more possibilities for example, you are building muscle and muscle weighs heavier than fat and this is a good thing if this is why you are stuck. Because muscle burns more energie 🥰 Because when you are at your goal weight and you will have enough muscle, it will be easier to retain that goal weight. Hope this information helps a little bit.
