While I am disappointed it went up a bit, according to my body composition, it's water. My muscle also continues to go up and the fat slowly goes down!
Sadly, I will have to take my first rest day since I started my workout journey a little more than a week ago (I started before I used the app again). I'm a bit scared I'm going to lose motivation after it but I'm way too sick to do a workout today, I fought through it yesterday but the cold is really getting to me now. 😔
