What a bounce after the weekend! We should be back on the downslope again now shortly though…A few extra treats, and a few days of sedentary living while my neck was jammed up put a quick stop to the previous trend. We’ll get back on track though. Probably just take a couple of days of consistency to return to my previously scheduled programming. 😉
