The Scale Has Moved!!!

2.6 lbs

Hopefully my body has finished it's side line of coasting, eh? lol

Also, BS this morning was 5.8 mmol/L - so that dep't is also doing well.

237.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
