Good weigh in today. I’m managing to maintain by sticking to my daily calorie and carb allowance. I’d still like to lose a little more, just to have room to eat out or over eat occasionally! 👏🏻👏🏻
136.5 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
