Started 3 days ago. I put president butter.. 1 tablespoon in black coffee in am and at night
349.2 lb Lost so far: 85.2 lb.    Still to go: 123.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 20.3 lb a week

I started doing the same but only in the morning. Got rid of creamer and using butter instead. 
Exactly. Butter is made from heavy cream and the only difference is that the wheat is separated during the process.

For the one curious about why butter and not heavy cream….google “butter coffee diet” so you can see the benefits of it!!! :) 
The MCTs are from an additional supplement, not butter or heavy cream. That said, you do you.

Right, that is really the recipe, butter and coconut oil. But you can also do just butter. When I do the coffee with butter it decreases my appetite a bit and gives me more energy. But you are right …in reality people do what works for them and butter in coffee is not for everyone.
