Beginning a 30 day "Chicken" challenge. Eggs, Chicken and only veggies with low carb and high fiber counts. I will weigh myself again on 2023-07-01 Canada day.
276.7 lb Lost so far: 43.3 lb.    Still to go: 96.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

I haven’t heard of the “ chicken “ challenge. Good luck :) you will probably come out of it with lots of new chicken recipes.

Oh the Chicken Challenge is just something i came up with. My protein for the next 30 days will be only chicken or egg. Thats it. Leanest cuts of chicken for the most part. Veggies will be leafy green, low carb high fiber.
