Well I slipped off after family birthdays and meals out. I got weighed and gone up again and that sabotages my drive to watch what I'm eating. Usual relentless circle, which I endeavour to break each time.
So off I go again logging the food with accuracy.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
