"Plateau" - A place one can look back at thier accomplishment's thus far, reflect and recharge for the next great challenge.
The definition in my book of life !

Did you ever notice dieting and climbing mountians has a few of the same "term's" we associate such as "Plateau" ?
Next time you hit one, look back, relax, reflect and get ready for the next great climb because losing weight is a challenge, but if you fall you dont get hurt or die.

Sometimes your body needs to figure out what's going on and plateaus are just the cost of doing business. Put on your business socks and tread on through. You'll come out the other side.

Stay with it..slow progress is still progress.

you need to be eating a LOT more fat. calories consistently under 1000 per day, you're eating low carb, that's good; but without the high fat your body is just going to shut the door and say 'no energy goes out' anyway because there's nothing to spare. Feed your body! Keep stoking the energy fire, and let your body do what your body do. :)

What is your total intake? You might have room to lower it. If not, you need to increase output. I'm not a fan of starving myself, so I increase output. I got to a lean 168lbs with 2800 calories.

I never look at other peoples food journals but one of the comments here made me go look at yours. about how accurate would you say your food journal is? do you record everything you eat

I agree OTB - that's the other possibility. calories a day are so incredibly low on the diary. We can really help ourselves and others by recording I am realising lately... Our diaries and our weight calendars tell the story really well.

I can’t imagine living on less than 1000 calories a day. I’m 5’6” tall and weigh 135 lbs. Just started a bulk, but when I was focused on fat loss, I still consumed at least 1800-2000 calories a day.

I didn’t look at his food journal, but Bubbles’ post said that he was consistently under 1k a day
