4/1: Fasting blood sugar is 6.1 mmol/L.

The weight scale has been eye-balling me all week so I thought, ok, let's see how bad it is (figuring I had gone up in weight). Pleasant surprise. Still sick but well on the road to recovery.
243.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
