Happy New Year. 20lb to lose to get to my goal. Unfortunately my daughter is struggling with a health problem and and I'm tempted to eat comfort food. I need to stay strong 🍏
174.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
