I guess it’s not bad considering it was my birthday Saturday , drinks and carbs galore at my favourite Italian restaurant 🫢🫣 Next week we are headed to Las Vegas for a week, oh dear….
182.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
