Haven’t been well again this week. Hopefully this cold and cough of 4 weeks will go soon! Steps started off great at the beginning of the week but declined towards the end due to not being well! Still got a good drop though 🤞 I can keep it up 👍
178.1 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
