I am back in the blue ticker progress bar VIP lounge! :) I have shedded some of my fluctuation/waterweight/whatever-it-was and now weight in at 102.5 kgs - getting closer to my goal again. I need another 800 grams off to be at a new low, but that'll happen soon. Yesterday, I DID go a little over my planned calories, I had the munchies, wife and I were watching movies, and I decided to go for a little extra popcorn. Oh, how I enjoyed it. :) Back on track though, and will do good today. I am planning a super light salad for lunch and chicken meat balls for dinner, so I should have PLENTY of calories for snacks throughout the day. Also, planned snacks are cucumbers with chili peppers. Healthy, tasty and low calorie. Hope you all have a great Sunday - I know I will! Life is good!
