Despite 8mile walk I put 1lb on but it’s all good back at it this week with calorie counting and workouts 💪🏼 6lb to lose to my new goal.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
