Lol I thought I’d take a walk to a shop the other side of town ending up doing a 9km walk with dogs having chicken dinner for tea with swede broccoli and carrots little bit of mash and little bit of gravy and gonna have 2 lager shandies later watching the football in my pub shed Might go for a smaller walk tomorrow and go do some weights gonna try make Friday Tuesdays my rest days as Friday is weigh in day still gotta another litre of water to drink today How you getting along this weekend it’s tough going but I’m sure we can do this together

You are a real inspiration mate! I'm smashing fluid intake and calories today, but less then zero activity.. weather is horrible😰 couldn't face going out.. I think I'll just do one excersise session before bed to try and make up for all day of laziness 🤣

same here 🙂 people wrongly presume that having extra weight means not being able to do anything but sit on the sofa.. I'm gonna eat now and hopefully hit the gym for the first time this year.. 🙂 it's about time..

Finally got gym out of the way yesterday.. hoping to go back mid week and then Saturday.. I love Saturday afternoon in the gym, that's a quiet time in my gym normaly (if there is quiet time in January at all 🤔) I have a huge struggle with sleeping...that's not helping my eating problems either... Felt really crappy today, but managed to push myself to go out for a short walk ... I'm thinking signing up for some charity challenge in February maybe.. Last year I did '100 squats a day in May' for the Shelter and it was great. Water intake has been a bit better.. I'm not at 2l a day yet, but I'm a bit more consistent.. honestly I'm not making any crazy goals.. goal is to get into something that I'll be able to be consistent with and to maintain on a long run.. I am tired of going all in and then giving up after a while.. How are you doing today?

Just saw your comment on another post.. Impressive! I noticed you said that you'll cover 10k at work tonight.. What do you do for a living?

I weave carbon fibre into 100m rolls but the machine takes 35 steps from one end to other constantly checking material up and down line add up to 10k in 10hrs not a lot in 10hrs but it’s moving my 28 stone frame around lol burns the calories

Oh 10k in 10hrs is great.. but night work is nightmare.. I hope you don't always work nights.. lack of night sleep is such a trigger for snacking and poor food choices.. 🥴

Week on week off just gonna load up on lots of veg to bulk my meals out to cut out snacking
