Goal weight achieved 11 and half stone woopwoop!
Thought I’d never be this weight but it shows hard work, consistency and determination can get you there. 👏🏼💪🏼🥰
161.0 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
