Yes, it's going in the right direction😊. It's quite a big loss over a few days which I know isn't good but I have stopped drinking alcohol, cut right back on my carbohydrates and eaten sensibly so I'm not surprised, things had really go out of hand before. I am sure I won't lose this much next week so I mustn't become despondent and stick with it Trying to keep thinking positively so positive things will happen ❤️
