well i had around 2k calories last night, instead of the recommendation of1800, alright thats good. i plan to cut back 50ish cal per day to ease my way down

@justbananas- yes!! Avoid refined grain/sugar mostly. Stick to whole foods.

HCB- i started out at 2200, naturally i fell around 2500... I heard it was off too, bet after 3 months of experiencing what doesnt work... I hopo to see steady improvement insteadof a steady weight!

Slow and steady wins the race, and sustainable means you don't get stripped of your medal 😉 Glad to hear the whole foods angle -- it's really worked for me, both in terms of health and weight, and I love the food
