Finally in the 11 stone category however tonight I’m going out for tapas and some cocktails so tomorrow could be a different story. But that’s ok, I made it! first time back in 11stone since 2018! I feel fab and I know I can do it with determination and being persistent in my approach. You have to enjoy yourself now and again, otherwise maintaining will never be sustainable. ✌️
