This is entirely my own fault as I put myself on a stupid diet to 'lose a stone in a week' and despite losing 2 to 3 pounds in the first few days I realised it was rubbish and not sustainable so took myself off it and all the pounds came back on. So only half a pound off and lesson learnt. Still a loss is a loss
