Is it even possible to gain this much weight in one week because I ate 3 small chocolate eggs? ☹
Ugggh...what can I do? All I can do is keep going...
278.4 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 144.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would doubt that would be weight from chocolate, it’s much more likely to be water weight, so try not to worry about it 👍🏻
