Back from my visit to the UK and I had a fantastic time. I was totally spoilt, and made lots of wonderful memories including having a surprise birthday party 🎂🍾. The only down side to my great adventure is I have put several pounds on. 🥧🍧🥃🍷🍹🍪 So here I go again trying to get back on track. I know I have to do it as I have really noticed a difference in how I'm feeling both mentally and physically, 😔 my fibromyalgia is much worse especially the fatigue and pain so increasing exercise is going to be a little difficult but I am determined My next visit will be in the middle of July when the triplets are 2 and my step daughter is having her 5th baby so I would like to be a bit slimmer, fiter and healthier, not a lot to ask but it's always good for me to have a goal and a deadline. Today is the first day of the rest of my life so I will make it a good one 😘
