WTF! What a strange weigh in. After spending most of my evening on the can I GAINED three pound since yesterday? Not even gonna bother writing more. What a crap way to start easter. Hope it gets better. No matter... Life is good.

It's normal that our daily weight can fluctuate. Perhaps you have to much sodium intake. Do you weigh yourself the same time everyday? I experience the same issues where I can weigh up to 3lbs more then the next or previous day. Right now I am 10lbs over my goal...I think all that wine drinking has caught up with me but I'm back on track!

I hear you! Inspite of all peptalk to myself that I am not going to be a slave to scale, I hate it when the scale starts moving up and doesnt want to come down. I also have a water retention problem so can never be sure whether the gain is due to swelling or all the "treats" I cheated with.
I usually drink lots of lemon water and green tea..may be you can try that.
