1st weigh in for biggest loser! Not bad and especially after my team winning super bowl and all the calories I consumed! GO RAMS! 😎 🏈

156.8 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
