Well, I don't even know what to say. I've been avoiding weighing myself since Christmas, because I ate cookies and drank alcohol. Now for the last 3 weeks, I've been trying to behave myself. I was hoping that I'd have a better result when I stepped on the scale today, since I really tried. It looks like I gained way more than I realized over the holidays. I'm kind of surprised, because I feel like I didn't go out of control. I had some treats and drinks like any other normal person would, yet this is the result. I hate the way that my body works...eat a few cookies and I gain 5 or 10 kilos. 😐 It's so depressing.
