My weight stayed the same for this week. I'm okay with that because I know it is preparing for shark week.

I'm sure next week my numbers will be down again.

I walked my 6 km for the day & ended up doing 17000 steps. Dinner was lamb chops & roasted veggies, with some plums for dessert.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
