Hi It does if you eat yellow grapefruit with no sugar it has acid in it that burns the fat. My Mother put me on it when I was 11 years old. And it worked then and it's working now half or one grapefruit before every meal. My mother was a dietician. Give it a go. Also lemon juice and warm water with ginger helps. Good luck Merry Mel. 🤩.
